Shipping
All orders ship same or next day Monday-Saturday excluding holidays.
All orders ship free via Fedex or USPS. If using a PO Box please provide PO Box address as well as street address.
Most items will arrive in 2-5 days depending on location. Please note carrier delays due to season, weather and other factors are possible.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee on select items.
Returns
Return window is 30 days from time of receipt.
Please contact us for return authorization.
Items returned for incorrectly shipped, damaged or defective returns are free of charge if we are contacted within 5 days of receipt. Returns for ordered by mistake, changed mind, no longer needed etc return shipping is not included. In this case all shipping costs are deducted from refund.
Refunds are applied to original payment method.
For all returns please include order#, name, address, phone # and a description of the reason for return. List any possible defects or known problems. All returns must be sent to below address.
